Title: Decorative Vase made in Italy

I have an old decorative vase. It has a 1" scene around the top of it. On the bottom it says:
Trade Mark
Mod. Dep.
C.A.L.
ITALY
LUCCA

can anyone help me on exactly what this is and how much it is worth?

just not enough info to go.lucca italy is a very well known pottery area.
