Any ideas on this piece? The story I heard places this in the 1800s. I'm not sure. Any ideas?

the design is that of the 1800's.

A Victorian heavily carved gothic oak sideboard or side table dating from the 1880's - 1890,s.

I would say around 1880's myself just from what I can see from this pic.
