How come when I search for Bittesweet I can not find. But I can find Bittersweet?
-
Welcome docsnewgirl. Could you post a clearer picture of the mark? If not, what do the other words say?
-
Must be a typo ??? . Kinda different, sure matches the pattern of Bittersweet Japan, never ran into this personnally so the best I would put it is a typo on the part of the factory.
-
Been sitting here trying to get a clearer picture but it does not want to cooperate says HARMONY HOUSE
Hand Painted BITTESWEET Japan
-
Could "BITTESWEET" be a repro of a "BITTERSWEET" piece? ???
-
At replacements it only had bittersweet listed as a pattern for Harmony House, think they would list another one under bittesweet. and the pattern matched bittersweet.
-
Agree with the others...thought these were fired decals...but seems to be a typo!

What is refired? Have found this term and do not understand
-
In ceramics, sometimes a piece is refired to get different effect with the glaze, usually after adding additional glaze to an already-glazed piece.

Thanks
