Title: Antique Pictures, can you give me an idea of what this may be?

I have an 8x10 picture, see attached, in an old frame, picture is glued onto glass, I was told this is 75-100 yrs old. does anyone have any ideas on the picture or the frame? I know nothing of these things but I have a whole bunch that I got from my mother.
