I bought this at a tag sale, i cant find anywhere online what it is or where its from any one know? how about how much its worth? :'(

What is your item made of? Looks like resin based and kinda like a music box.  Also are there any Markings?

It does look kinda modern .

As to a name for the clown .... howsa bout "Nutso" ?
