Title: What style chair is this?

Hello all.  I just recently inherited a dining room set from my grandparents.  All pieces are accounted for, save one of the end chairs (with arms).  I do not know much about furniture and was hoping that someone could tell me what style this is.  That way I can narrow my search options in the attempt to find a replacement. 

Thankfully, I was able to gain some information from the back of the china cabinet.  The set came from the Northern Furniture Company in Wisconsin and has a walnut finish.  There is a date stamped on the back as well... May 13, 1918. 

Any help you can offer is greatly appreciated!  Thank you!
