Title: KT&K Bowl/Saucer Inquiry

I have a KT&K bowl/saucer that I have a couple of questions on:
1. What is the approx age of the dish?
2. What is a fair selling price for the dish?
The bottom reads:
KT&T
S---V
CHINA.
V.E.J.

It's made by Knowles, Taylor & Knowles.  Is there a pattern number/name on the bottom?  Here's the listings of their china
