does anyone in this forum have any insight on who made these and when these are made? and what might the value be?

DUE TO THERE STYLE. ARM REST IS DESIGNED AFTER FLEMISH SCROLL. BRASS TACK'S ? WERE USED FROM CIRCA 1710 ONWARD. THERE ITALIAN. LATE 1890'S.

you could expect' $75.00 to $100.00 dollars. per chair
