Title: A Prayer by Dwight D. Eisenhower ???

Hello!

I was cleaning out my grandma's attic and found so many books and pictures. Well I came along this folder type, well you'll see I took  some pictures of it. I was wondering if anyone knows anything about this? Thank You for your time.

Hang on to this item for a few more decades (4) & it will become a true antique (and increase in value) .

Value right now is minimal , IMO .
