I have a tin advertising of Green River Whiskey with an old black gentleman and an old horse - captioned She was bred in old Kentucky.  Marked Chas. W Shonk Co.Litho Chic.and #. other side says
copyright 1899 owned by J.W. McCulloch, Owensboro, Kentucky. It has a black frame painted right in the picture.. help!!!

:o sadie this company' is very well known. it may be considered derogatory.but it is now looked upon as black memorabilia.$150.00 + dollars

Better known as "Black Americana" this type of item is collectible.
