Post by: brenuk on August 09, 2010, 02:07:55 PM
Hi,
I have now got a wooden box, it has a hinged lid with a metal insert inside. The metal insert lifts out with two metal handles on each side.
Any idea's??
Thanks

I guess it could be a fancy made "ice chest".

I think it's an old flour or grain bin.   It's very nice.

What are the dimensions of the lined box?

It could be a couple of items.....are there any markings on the box that lifts out?  Any signs of wear or staining on the box?
