Title: Rosenthal plate

I have a picture of the front of the rosenthal plate.  I am still unable to find out any information on this.  Can anyone help me?  I tried to attach a picture but was told that I can't attach it.  What kind of ext does the file need to have?

try this site to at least identify the year - if the pics come up small, click anywhere on the image, and it will enlarge - best wishes   KB
