Title: How to clean porcelain figurines?

I have recently started collecting Holly Hobbie figurines by Precious Moments and was wondering if anyone would know the proper way to clean them?  Most of them have come to me dusty and some are rather dirty.  I do not wish to damage them.  Thank you for any help.

Hi--I have seen the figurines but we haven't "one" in our menagerie of things we collect as of yet. I'm surprised my wife hasn't picked up one or two though. I think a mild dish soap in tepid water and a Q-tip should clean them. I would start with an inconspicous spot (the bottom or back) being careful around the face and heads.....Respectfu lly..........Tim
