This is another piece from the family collection. Any idea when these were produced? Is it period or way after Grant was President? No markings that I can see. (other than Patriot and Soldier at the top, Gen. U.S. Grant at the bottom)

On a quick search came up with these.....

Beautiful plate, pretty cool it's from the 1800's. I thought it was much later. :P

Thanks for the links. . . is Worthopedia "worth" paying for?
-
In my own opinion, for me it's 'worth' the information that can often be found in order to further the search ;)
Other's may have subscriptions, so may have other opinions

If you can't find other sources for information and are going to be diving head on into antiques in quantity….it can be worthwhile for you.
I personally haven't and know that many others on here haven't yet…….
I do think it is a reputable site!

Worthpoint rather than Worthopedia? Worthpoint archives old eBay (and maybe others) selling prices. I am not sure if old prices are relevant in today's market. The info still shows up, just the price is missing. I do not have a subscription and have found if one looks harder, prices can be located from other sources.
