Title: Anyone familiar with these vintage plates?

I found another box of plates that I must have bought years ago at an estate sale.  Cleaning the garage has been quite the chore.  Now I am finding things that i dont even remember buying.  
Does anyone know the maker of these, I have a whole set.  But there are no marking on them.

Is this set possibly Wedgewood?
I have been searching and thought that picture may be of a school house and there are scalloped edges.  Wedgewood has been the only similar looking plate, but all of those are marked.
