Title: Help? Error: 'already posted topic'....but 'no show'!

I had a little trouble in resizing photos to go with my post about Made in Occupied Japan china.  When I tried to re-post with jpg photos, I got an error message that I had already posted that topic....but I don't see it on the forum.  Can someone help?  Thanks!

You probably just need to start over with a slightly different title to the subject, that should do it.
