This pair of dishes, about 6" across, has been packed in a box for at least 60 years. They have individual flower with stem paintings circling the outer edge, like numbers on a clock. They have both the Limoge/France marks. Can someone place a value on them? Thanks. Linda

The distinctive star mark was used by the Coiffe factory c1891-1914 , the L.S.&S (Lewis Straus & Sons) was an American exporting firm based in New York which exported porcelain from Austria & Limoges. The blue mark (L.S.& S. Limoges double circle with France under) is believed to indicate a non-exclusive decoration for the company. The gold sponged work on borders is very worn value for both around $10.00.
