Title: Strange child or toddler's chair

I bought an old child or toddler's chair, it has rockers, springs, a very low back with spindles and bent wooden arms.  it's about two feet tall.   It is made of oak.  I haven't been able to find anything similar on line.  Does anyone know what it's called? Possible value?  It has no manufacturer's marks or dates, either.  Thanks for ANY info you can supply!
