Title: is this jc pennys or penneys? elvis presly

i got this from an auction because the gentleman informed me that probably elvis wore it? I hoped i did not get dissed into an 65 dollar purchase

Could not read the tag  - If Elvis did wear it I can not say, maybe search photos of Elvis in blue Hawaii, but even if you did find a photo of him in this exact shirt how would you prove yours  was the one  worn by him???? Only if you could find documentation to prove that it was the only one ever made specifically for Elvis along with the photo. Thats a tall order  good luck :)

Maybe you could send it in and have whatever perspiration remnants are still in the fabric analyzed for a DNA match with Elivs'.  There are a lot of Elvis' roaming around and any one of them 'could' have worn it.  Caveat emptor.
