Title: nazi - george washington keychain

my wife's stepmothers first husband was in WWII and brought back an interesting item. i have not been able to find any info on it. it is maybe made from some kind of hard pressed paper. it looks like it might be a keychain. it is about 1 inch by 1 inch and has a nazi swatsika on one side and a picture of george washington on the other. i know that germany celebrated washington's 200th birthday but that is all. i would appreciate any info anyone has on this
