Yeah, not too sure on where it's from, I think it's from thailand. The 2nd picture is of the base.

Your item appears to be the Japanese God "Ebisu" (AKA - Kotoshironushi) .
He's commonly known as the God of fishermen , rice farmers (& more) .
One of the most popular & reproduced of the '7 Lucky Gods' of Japan , he's the only one of the 7 whose origin is exclusively from Japan .
He's usually depicted with a fishing pole in his raised hand , which yours seems to be missing .
Without really knowing the size & composition of your item , price just can't be speculated upon .

it's about 5" tall 1 1/2" diametre. It's a cute little thing, the fish in his hand makes me giggle everytime heehee.
