I have an oil/grease lamp that has been in my family a long time. It is the kind with a spout you put a wick on and a catch bowl which serves as it's basr. the base is connected to the upper oil bowl with a curved handle. I t is made of some sort of shiny black pottery or something.
I was wanting to find out something about it's age and where they were made and what is it's value.
If you will e-mail me I will send a photo. I cannot figure out how to attach a picture.
