Title: silver or brass buacket

again, no marks so I doubt it's silver.  I didn't have too much time to inspect real close though.

Nice bucket,  it at least looks silver plate from the tarnish.

Looks just like an item that I have from the late 60's early 70's.

Made in India and sold at home parties. Believe it was called "Home Interiors". Silver metal on outside with brass showing through the cuts?
