Title: Girl figurine
Post by: ryanzach on December 04, 2010, 12:12:15 PM
I really like this figurine, my wife got it from her grandmothers estate and it is made in Italy. If anyone knows anything about it that would be great!

Now I really don't give a hoot for figurines except for a couple Hummels, but now I really like that one.

The artist really done a superb job at creating the mold and/or painting it.

Another agree...  I'm not too much into figurines but I love it when their clothes are a little see through/filmy.  Amazing how the artist can get em to look like that and create a sense of "lightness" in their clothing....

Cute little piece ryanzach The facial features are very unique the eyes & mouth I think they will be key in tracking a maker. you will need to search any figurine you can find made in and marked Italy to find your maker. Like a true Lladro figurine will only have brown used for eyebrows. Small clues can be key.  good luck
