Everyone have a safe Christmas, stay off the roads, the rookie drinkers are out and about!  Heres hoping for more GUY STUFF on the boards next year!

Craigslist makes the buyers drive from miles away.

Here’s our stuff from the olden days,
Happy golden days of yore.
Faithful friends who are dear to us they all cheer to us “Buy more!”

Through the years we all will be together,
Here in cyber mode,
Hang a shining star upon Hosman’s commode!
And haul yourself a merry little antiques load!

Hope everyone had a great Christmas Day! Among my gifts was a metal detector, I am very excited to use it. I really want to go to my cousin's yard and test it out. He gave me a bunch more cool little bottles (no big ones) tonight that he dug up out back. I just know there have got to be coins out there if he finds this many bottles everywhere. He also found a 40's-ish toy metal truck, but there isn't much left of it. :(

Tales that was priceless!! I sure hope you've saved it somewhere.

And Hosman.......your commode, like Rudolph, has now gone down in history!!  :D

A wonderful Christmas here with two daughters home, got to chat to the boys on the other coast too. Clean up waited till today, now time to relax and enjoy the company and the peace.

Hoping you all had a wonderful and memorable holiday.........now get rested up for New Years. ;)

I'll be sure to let you guys know what I find. I'm super excited to get out there. I think of it as free exercise (who needs a gym?) and weight loss. With finding stuff being an extra bonus. It's like a little treasure hunt. I plan on going to Owen Beach in Point Defiance Park first. Looking at all my early postcards has me hoping to find old coins there. Although I'm sure it has been detected to death, I'll just try to go further down the beach than most people like to go and maybe I'll find stuff. This is the one I got, which got really good reviews.

Wow! Looks like a nice one! Having the metals discrimination would be a nice thing. Mine loves pull tabs and beer cans equally as well as diamond rings! One of these days I need to upgrade mine. I spend a whole lot of time digging up nails and such!

Our home was full of family and we opened our home to young adults that don't have any family or none near by!  We ate lots, talked lots and shared a whole lot!
