I picked these up and am having a hard time finding info on 2 of them. the first one I think is a victorian style hand carved early to mid 1900's. the second all metal even the back with design in the corners I think late 1800's . and the last one is my fav just cause it was like a puzzle trying to get open i included the way i opend it no clue as to date. If someone may know or send me a link so I can read a little more on these that would be great. thanks (http://i1189.photobucket.com/albums/z434/rgreen687/DSC04581.jpg)

I found out the second one all metal was made in 1908

Can't help with the frames, but interesting subject. Pity you don't know who they were.
-
First frame might have been made around that time but I don`t think it is from here (US) !! Can`t put a finger on the style. More German influence ????? "Thinking out loud" !!

I found a simmilar style that was listed Victorian style for number 1

Could be !! I just did not get that feeling when looking at it !

I have pictures of my folks from the late 1920's to 1930's and they are in original frames like the 2nd and 3d one. In fact, LOL, my dad is wearing a christening dress like the kiddo in the second one. 1st frame, cant tell without hands but would gander it was from the early 1900's and possibly from Europe.
