Title: Owl Painting on Folding Glass

This is signed Wm Berrie 1977, I'm unable to find out anything on this artist.  Anyone familar with his work or is he unknown?.  This is a folding type glass picture attached in the center  7 inches tall and 10 inches wide.  It says "Wisdom Is The Greatest Strength". thank you

This was produced by Wallace Berrie Co he produced tons of resin figurines and many trinket type gifts sold I believe in Hallmark stores under R. & W. Berrie =  Russ/Wallace Berrie Co. Your piece is signed  W.Berrie 1977  Not Wm.
