Does anyone have any idea because of the style and color the era or year this tall (11 1/2 inches) amber, glass owl candle holder might have been made. It appears to have air bubbles but I also do see the mold definition on the sides. Our aunt who's turning 101 years old in May collected for years and unfortunately she's having to sell her owl collection. I've tried researching this but because there isn't any makers mark I'm unable to find out any information. I know there is an interest in owl items and glass owl items, is there any value in this?, thank you

Was probably made during the 70`s when owl collecting was popular. But there were so many on the market and most were imported, that prices never appreciated much then or since that time !! There are still so many available and are not hard to find at all, so selling is just "what ever you can get"
for the unmarked pieces. $10. would be good for that piece !! Like someone said on the other piece,, I would stick with the known,,marked pieces first then work backward to the common inexpensive pieces. You will save a lot of time !!

thank you,

Wish I could be more helpful but some owl items just don`t sell well. Especially the unmarked mass produced pieces. However,, when you list on ebay,, you never know what someone is willing to spend !! It could go through the roof !!
