Title: Silver Jubilee King George v And Queen Mary Milk Jug
Post by: Monk on April 09, 2011, 12:28:17 PM
Silver Jubilee King George v And Queen Mary Milk Jug
Can anyone tell me how much this will be worth? I know it has been in my family for many many years and on the bottom of it, it has a Y or a T.

I look forward to your reply.
Thank you.

Hi,
Over here, UK, Commemorative wares are quite common. It does depend upon who the manufacturers were re its value, but I don't think that you'll be able to retire on what it realises.
Here is a similar one on offer... but not necessarily the same ...

The only thing it has on the bottom is a T or a Y.
I know the family member who first had it was very wealthy so i don't think it will have been cheap when first got.
