Title: Age and value of a K.T. & K. creamer

I know this creamer is a Knowles Taylor Knowles, but I don't know any specifics about it.  The full mark is
K.T.& K.
S____V
IVORY.
This is for an eBay listing.  
I have attached two photos which I hope will be of help in answering my questions.

Looks to be a style made during the 30`s or 40`s !!  You could probably find the pattern name by looking through replacements.com. Don`t recognize it offhand !!

     Actually I believe this to be a later issue item.  Knowles in the early years had a much different mark.  I would place this item in the 60's to 80's, as for value I would say you are looking at $10.00 to $20.00 tops.
