Hello I have some cameo's that look really old looks like ivory does any one know how i go about getting them appraised?

best bet - an antiques store that has lots of jewelry, and/or a local jeweler.  Cameos can be made of many substances, and can be set in gold, silver, plate, etc.  You jeweler knows.  

you can also google for vintage cameo jewelry, but you really do need to know what they are made of and set in.  

Enjoy your research - old cameos are wonderful and collected.
