Had one of these show up about a year back I beleive, Turns out to be a sharpening tool I believe.

I think ironlord is right. I believe it was a sharpening tool with a very short run because it didn't work very well! Kind of like those "As seen on TV" gimmicks today...

Wayward....Ha Ha!!!!!!!   I couldn't enlarge the pic on my laptop and when I could enlarge it I busted up laughing!!!!!  Thanks for the memory jogger!  LOLOLOL
