These were brought from England by Great Grandparents.were comtained in a barrel of rice to protect. Vases ended up at home in Nebraska, then Ca. no modifications, chips or cracks. I'v looked and looked and seen nothing like this at all to fhe best of my ability. the vases are 12.5 in tall base dia is 4.5 in. thickness of base is 1/2 in. widest pt. is 5 in. inside throat is 4 3/4in. vases are very light weight wise. no markings on bottom. frosted glass is translucent. Any input at all will be appreciated greatly.

Welcome to the forum George. Any idea of an approximate year they came over? Pics of bottom and inside would be good too. Did you notice any marks on the bottom of the vases? Measurements and weight (light or heavy to handle?)

Glass is frosted not heavy weight wise and is translucent no modifications, chips or cracks. I'v checked around and seen nothing like this at all. To fhe best of my ability. Any input at all will be appreciated greatly.
