Title: Room for Rent Sign

I have this exact same sign, except mine just says "ROOM FOR RENT" and not "FURNISHED."

I have always been curious about it's age. The metal on mine is extremely thin, about as thin as the metal on a soda can. Very rusty and brittle. The white lettering is composed of tiny little clear bead-type things. Look as though maybe they were once reflective? Is there a way to see what that one sold for? Any idea how old it may be? I can take pics if need be. Thanks!

Hosman, I thought you had a small house. Why do you have a "Room for Rent" sign?  ;D
