We are selling an antique sewing rocker, that's in very good condition and wonder what would be a fair asking price for it.

I am not a rocking chair expert, but there are a few on this forum, I believe!
It is hard to tell very much as I can't enlarge your pics very much, but I have found a few examples and prices vary dramatically!

I was going to chime in with about $40 and you'll probably have to come down a bit. Unfortunately these are pretty common on Craigslist and they don't seem to sell very well. Sadly, rockers (which we love around here!) don't command the prices you would expect for the beautiful antiques that they are.

Sew how much will you be asking? ;D (Sorry, I could not resist.)

I can't believe it!! I had to read it three times to see the pun! The start of the slippery slope ... but I probably said that last year as well!

LOL...Wayward you are a hoot!
Unfortunately Talesof said it well that these just are appreciated as they should be. If in fact antique (over 100) and in impeccable shape would sell for $50 in my neck of the woods TOPS!
