I was hoping someone might be able to give me some information about these 3 platters. They were actually put out by the curb - yard sale leftovers - so they were free and I thought they were pretty. I started looking at them and decided to try and look for more information. I am a horrible photographer but hoping the pics are clear enough.
I have already gone to different sites and looked through hundreds of pics to try and find a pattern name - to no avail. There are 3 platters - 11", 14" and 16". There is a small chip under the rim of the medium and the small platter. The larger platter and medium one are stamped with 56. The smaller one with the letter "A". In the event the pics are horrible the rim has a pastel green and then there is pastel pink on inside of that edge and around edge of surface.
If anyone can be of assistance it would be great. Looking for pattern name and possible year they were produced.

Wondering if a pic of the large platter by itself would help. It seems Grindley made a ton of patterns but I cannot find this one by picture. Any help greatly appreciated.

No luck with finding a pattern name and I have looked at thousands of Grindley patterns but that makers mark was used from 1914 - 1925.

kidden (BTW, welcome to the forum) am I seeing a pinkish cast in the platter.......follo wing the lines of 'dots' ? Just trying to figure out if it's actually white, white w/ pink, or different shades of pink or peach.

Hi and thank you,
I am going to keep practicing with the camera as I am not so good at it :-) It actually has pastel pink around the rim of the surface and then around the rim of the platter on the inside of the raised dots. On the outside of the raised dots is a pastel green.

The platter itself is white.

Take a look that this plate.......is the pattern the same ? (picture is crap) It's shown here in all white, but I'm only 1/2 way through the page. ;)

Hi and thanks for replying. No I don't think that is the same pattern. I have attached another photo in an effort to get a better picture of the color. Playing with the camera and trying to get better shots. Hope this helps.

Ok that is definitely not a clear picture of design but picks up the color well.
