Can someone help me with information on my Michael Andersen and Son figure: decade, rarity, value -- or other, please?

Had not heard of him so looked around a bit. One way to date the piece is by the three herring mark on the bottom. raised mark was used between 1930 and 1950. After that the mark was impressed in the bottom !!  There are several pieces on the market but have no idea of value on yours !!

Thank you for writing!  I've done quite a bit of research, too.  There is more info under the sticker, which I'm hesitant to remove or flip back.
