The dragon is very heavy (poss. bronze) and my nan has had it for years (at least 45). The stein is musical.

Please post clear photos of the inside , bottom, and outside design on your blue & white jar with cover, It may have been used for holding tea. Close ups of any makers marks -check the lid & handle for these also.  :)

Is that jar a piece of Blue Willow, ....... I can't see the pattern that well? ??? ???

My first thought also cogar But could not search as I could not see enough of the pattern too :)

   That Ginger jar sure looks like a blue Willow pattern.
