Title: Metal plate

I have found a plate that I cannot find anything about.  I am hoping someone can offer me a clue about it, or where I can find more info on it.  It is a metal plate, soft, possibly lead, dipped in a prettier metal; bronze in color.  It is quite decorative with carved dragons on the outer rim and a scene with herons and flowers in the center. It seems old, there was a stamp or sticker of some sort on the back, but is missing, the spot where it was is lighter in color.   I would appreciate any input.  Thanks!   :)

;) the crane is symbol, of longevity. the dragon if it has 3 toes. its japanese. 5 it's chinese.
