Title: Italian Platter/Plate

I have so much trouble finding out anything with my Italian pieces. They mostly just say "Italy". It drives me crazy. Can anyone help me identify this? Age? Make?

This one looks super similar but different pattern. Same border too.

Interesting. When I type Erphila Rosita into ebay not even that listing pops up...
But some stuff comes up on yahoo search results.
