Title: Marble bud vase.

Going for the trifecta here. I think this is a bud vase. Is it marble? Last post tonight...promise.   ;)
It's just 3 inches high
Once again just marked "Italy"

O.K. then , from your images , I'd proffer the opinion that your nice little item is made from alabaster .

It even looks 'soft' from here (easily 'scratched' base) .

Regardless , I like how it looks !
