Hello again folks. I got this dish set passed down to me and I know little to nothing about it. no makers mark but I figure the style is probably a signature to someone on here. Im assuming its 40's to 50's but Im not sure. Thanks in advance for any info!!

I think it was called "Candlewick" Glass. It came in several ways. They had a Caramel Slag color and their were some that had etching. It was made by "Imperial Glass Co. I 'll look at your pieces and try to calculate the value.

thank you very much! my mother thought they were crystal, and I know nothing so I appreciate the help

Could you please measure the size so I can tell with the bowl and tray. The sugar and creamer and tray is worth about $50.00 and I until I know the sizes I can't say.
-
the bowl is about 5 3/4" the olive/pickle tray is 6", and the serving tray underneath is 7"
-
The bowl is $12.00, the pickle tray is about $18.00 I didn't seem to find a 7" tray, There's a 7in plate.for $10.00 I could be off so let's hear what ironlord or mart has to say.
-
the tray must be the plate, makes more sense. thanks a bunch!!

Nice work on the pricing & such , greenacres !
-
Thanks you, me and my books. I love my books

Ironlord and the others are the go-to glass people !! Way too many patterns, types, companies, to suite me !! I don`t even own a glass book of any kind !! I know generalities only,, the others know the details !!!
-
I was going to jump in on this one but greenacres beat me and covered it nicely. The only thing I might add is candlewick stuff is hot, I have had only a couple of items and they sold quick. Lots of it on Ebay though so compition can be a bit high.

thanks again for all the help guys, dont know what we'd do without ya!!

Just to add a few pointers....Candlew ick is still a popular pattern and I foresee that it will continue to increase in value as time goes on. (From the past record of it.)
This isn't one that was copied to pieces like some patterns have been by various companies....which makes it more liked and collectible by many!
