Title: 18" Promotional Blonde Rag-Doll with Red Checkered Dress (possibly 1980s)

I came across a rag-doll that I know was given away as a promotional item in either the 1980s or 1990s. I have no idea what company it came from though. Here are the details:

• 18 inches tall
• blonde braided yarn hair, tied with red ribbons
• red checkered dress
• white apron with red heart outline
• red cloth shoes with red ribbons laced up both legs

The owner seems to think it's from Little Debbie but I haven't been able to find anything to support that.
