I have bought this item from ebay recently. I have searched the internet for the mark but couldn't find anything that will give light to the pottery's mark at the bottom. Does anyone know what/who it is? And which era/circa? Thanks so much!

I see a W impressed and looks like a PM scratched in !! Is this correct ??
-
It does look like a WP joined together. I have been looking up pottery marks and didn't see that one. But I don't really know anything about pottery so hopefully someone with more experience will post! Usually the stamped mark is the school/company where it was made and the scratched in initials would be the person who made it.

Hey, I think I may have actually figured an item out. Possibly. lol
Is it for Wheatley Pottery?

These show different WP marks on the bottom.

Good call Hosman !! Looks like Wheatley is it !! Most I looked at was dated shortly after 1900 by the experts !!

Yes, Mart, it is a scratched PM also.... I must say I have not encountered Wheatley Pottery in my searches. So far have only found Wilhelmina Post, Wellington and Winchcombe Pottery...! Thanks! appreciate the feedbacks... will check it out also. ;D
