Title: Tiny Hammer, wondering what purpose it might have had?

Hi there, the bottom of the handle appears broken, and the business end is mushroomed out. Any Ideas what it was used for?

It's a metal working hammer (ball peen/pein hammer)

judging by the size id say it was for clock or jewelry making.. just a guess.. maybe shoe making
