Been trying like crazy to figure this one out... I've done all of the research I can and know it's from the fountain in Belgium (of course)...but I can't find ANYTHING like it. It's incredibly old, and is a little under 2" tall when closed. My jeweler has told me that it looks to be VERY old, and he said that we should check it out more in depth. Any help is greatly appreciated!!! ::)

Sorry about that, I'm new to this forum thing... :) Also at the base of the blade it says "Solingen," but it's slightly rusty and difficult to make out... Thanks in advance for all of your help... ;)

Solingen steel is from Germany and is one of the best types !! That appears to be bronze ?? Its an odd little knife !! Let me see what I can find !!

From what I read this knife was made in several sizes from 2 to 6.5 inches !! It was made in bronze so that is probably what yours is !! They were made pre 1970 as souveniers for those that visited the statue and possibly later than that !! There are several types of knives that are on the web as well as a bunch of other souvenier items !! I think value would be minimal since many were made !!
