I have a watch that says u.s. Time on the back and a Disney cartoon bear wearing a red jacket and small red porter's hat on the face. The initials w.d.p. Are below the bear. Does anyone know who the bear is, and is it a collectable?

Need a pic, but if he has a blue bow tie, it's likely Bongo the Wonder Bear. The character dates to the 1930s, but he doesn't show up in film in 1947's "Fun and Fancy Free".
