Antique Questions Forum / Not quite a Meisssen mark? Help with this figurine

Hello all, I have a porcelain piece that is probably not very old, but I am curious about the mark on the bottom. I tried searching for marks and saw that this looked similar to Meissen's crossed swords, but isn't quite right. Can anyone fill me in? Thank you for your time  

EDIT: It seems it might be a HOMCO Japan mark. Is this worth anything?
