Antique Questions Forum / Games Table? Or Not?

Hi, I have this table, which I believe to be a games table. If anyone knows what kind of game, I would love to know. If you do not believe it is a games table, any ideas would be great. I believe it is c. 1930's. It came from Ireland, but could be English.
