Hello,
I have a dish made around the mid nineties.  It is 13" long and 6" at the widest point of dish.  There is a scene of a building called "State Normal and Dormitory", Spearfish, So. Dakota.
Does anyone have an idea as to its worth?

It might help to check auction sites or collector groups for similar mid-90s commemorative dishes. Local historical societies or alumni associations from Black Hills State could also be good resources to gauge interest.
